What is your return policy?
Customer must have the original receipt. The item(s) must be in resellabe condition. After 30 days, there is a 15% restock fee.

What is your special order policy? Can I phone in a special order?
They can be phoned in. However, non-stocked special order items must be paid for in advance.

Yes, you can receive special pricing on quantity orders. Just contact our sales team.

Do you deliver to job and construction sites?
We will deliver on large quantity items within the tri-county area.

I have a large project/custom order - will you come onsite or work with our materials list?
Yes we will come out to your jobsite and work with you. or you can email, fax or drop off your materials list.

How much lead time do you need to have custom orders/items not in stock on hand?
Lead time on special order items is usually 1-2 weeks. Items could arrive faster with special freight cost.
